Production Department



Working with the global marketing team, the primary focus of this role is to create and maintain the Implementation teams specific marketing assets and content created to onboard new clients, launch new courses and drive penetration within existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the implementation team in creating communication campaigns that establish a positive environment in terms of client perception
  • Work closely with the implementation team to produce innovative and attractive creative assets for various platforms such as websites, emails, webinars, presentations and more
  • Scope and create templates that increase efficiency in the servicing of the implementation teams requirements
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ensure all implementation creative remains on brand and in line with global guidelines
  • Involvement in the entire creative process from kick-off through to delivery
  • Proactively identify creative trends and opportunities
  • Proactively bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
  • Create pieces that are visually effective in guiding a user to take the action required from the piece

Skills, Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Diploma in Graphic Design
  • 2-3 years past experience as an in-house designer or at an agency
  • A professional portfolio is needed to be considered for this position
  • Knowledge and Skills:
  • An eye for detail and a desire for perfection
  • Clarity in communicating your vision
  • The ability to understand the environment and persons you are directing communication to
  • The ability to collaborate within a creative team
  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp, and other bulk mailing systems
  • A passion and strong understanding of our industry and our business' mission
