The Graphic Designer position is responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our marketing assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will improve our user experience by bringing our brand to life and keeping it consistent across all our various touch-points. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales and product marketing teammates to support our website design, email campaigns and content marketing (social media assets, blogs, and more)
  • Help bring new ideas for design and content creation to the team using your expertise and eye for great design
  • Scope and create templates for our marketing team to be more efficient in some of their posting on social media, blogs, email, and other channels
  • Manage other design needs such as presentations, signage, and event/trade show collateral as needed

Basic Requirements

  • Past work either as an in-house designer or at a digital agency. We require work samples to apply for this position
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • This position must create assets for our digital marketing team that are mobile-, tablet- and desktop-friendly and provide a user experience that fits on all three screens

 Technical Knowledge

  • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure or similar technologies
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp and Mandrill a major plus
  • Knowledge of HTML(5), CSS, and JavaScript a major plus
  • Typographic and typesetting skill
  • Comprehensive knowledge of print and digital
  • Mac Literate - full proficiency in Keynote and pages
  • Illustration ability required
  • Adobe CS6 / CC. Minimum Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro
  • Basic DTP output skills
  • A good understanding of web design
  • Experience with other creative disciplines a nice to have (e.g. video, front-end, audio/visual, etc.)

Organisational Alignment

  • Reports to the Content and Creative Director with support and coaching from the Global Head of Marketing
  • Collaborates with copy writers, marketing, brand, product and social media teammates
  • Enlists the support of other marketing and management resources as needed
