Summary of Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst has an entrepreneurial drive and appetite for exploring and analyzing new business opportunities, and optimizing existing product monetisation in a fast growing scale-up company in the digital learning and hospitality industry. The Business Analyst is a multi-talented professional who manages complex challenges in a versatile and diverse role. To understand and convince the organisation on costs and benefits of business opportunities, the business Analyst holds close cooperation with finance and product owners to derive costs and determines benefits by engaging with senior management and sales, accompanied with the required desk research to develop market intelligence and customer insights. You deliver fact and figure based reports that lead to go-to-market strategic decisions, (new or adjusted) pricing plans or technical roadmap prioritization. You support our biggest customer/partner opportunities and support sales and senior management teams up to board level in complex pricing scenarios. You inform management on a monthly base about opportunities and forecast implications on periodic financial plans. You are part of the Product Management team and report in to the Manager of Products.
